ANZ Bank Fees

Sometimes banks charge you fees. These fees can be for things like taking out money, transferring money, or using certain ATMs. They can also charge you if you don’t have enough money in your account.

Each month, you might need to pay around $4 to $25, but there are ways to avoid these fees. If you open a checking and savings account at the same bank, or if you keep a certain amount of money in your account, you might not have to pay.

ANZ Visa Debit and ANZ EFTPOS cards don’t have a fee every year. But to get an ANZ Visa Debit card, you need to be 13 or older.

When you use ATMs, there’s usually no fee if it’s an ANZ ATM or not from ANZ. But you might still need to pay for using it. If you use ATMs in other countries, they might ask for money, and there’s also a small charge for changing money when you’re doing transactions in other currencies.

If you’re not an ANZ customer and you use an ANZ ATM, you might need to pay $3. But if you’re an ANZ customer or using cards from other New Zealand banks, you won’t need to pay this fee.

ANZ goMoney service doesn’t have extra fees, but you might need to pay for data usage based on your phone plan. And if you’re an ANZ goMoney user, you’ll need to use your phone’s data as well.
