If your credit or debit card is lost or stolen in an unsafe location, it’s crucial to report it promptly through the ANZ App or by contacting us. You can also temporarily block your card if you believe it’s in a secure place.

Here’s how to do both and understand the card replacement process:
- Open the app, log in, select your account, tap Manage, then Manage Card. If you don’t see the card you need to report, swipe left to access more options.
- Choose Report Card Lost or Stolen and follow the provided steps.
Reporting your card via the ANZ App will automatically cancel it, and you can expect your new card to arrive within 5-7 working days if you’re in Australia. Your card’s security is our priority.
